ISO Spotlight: Business Continuity Management

Busines Continuity PlanningBS25999 is the standard in business continuity management. It was published by the British Standards Institution in 2006.

 

BS25999 establishes the process, principles and terminology of business continuity management.The standard deals with broad goals so it can apply to small and large businesses or local and global organizations. The standard provides a basis for understanding business continuity management, a means of measurement that is consistent and recognized, and a system based on established good practice.

 

Like any process, there's the right way to plan, train and execute issues related to business continuity. One of the best ways to prepare for the inevitable crisis is training. Our BS 25999 course is an excellent way to become immersed in the myriad issues and concerns pertaining to business continuity.
