Launched in 2005, ISO 20000-1:2005 is an international standard for information technology service management systems that provides a structured approach for meeting the requirements of internal and external customers.  

Components include requirements for the IT management system; planning and implantation of IT service management systems; and planning and implementation of new or revised services.

Offered at the end of April, our courses are ideal for IT leaders who want to make the most of management.
