D´Ardenne Associates is pleased to welcome Sue Snyder to our growing team. Sue's 15 years of experience in the aviation industry includes leadership in development, implementation, maintenance and auditing of business management systems. She served as a quality management systems professional for commercial and government contractors supporting military entities throughout the United States and has substantial experience with AS9100, the quality management system used in the aerospace industry.

Sue has a demonstrated ability to streamline operations, develop cross-functional teams, define and develop value-added processes, and train all levels of personnel on ISO management systems. 

ISO 14000 is a set of environmental management standards that helps organizations minimize how their processes and operations negatively affect the environment, comply with laws and regulations, and continually improve.

ISO 14001:2004, offered by D´Ardenne at the end of March, specifies requirements for an environmental management system that enables an organization to develop and implement policies and objectives that take into account legal and other requirements.
