The Virginia Utility Protection Service, commonly called Miss Utility of Virginia, is a not-for-profit organization created by Virginia's utilities to protect their underground facilities.

D´Ardenne Associates is a partner in our process, providing technical assistance to achieve ISO compliance, reviewing our existing documentation and procedures, and making recommendations to ensure our documents conform to ISO standards.

Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of the D´Ardenne staff, we're further along with our policies and procedures than we had originally thought.

And, once we achieve certification, D´Ardenne will provide individual training to our staff on ISO self auditing.
