Profile

Sue Snyder's 15 years of extensive experience in aviation includes leadership in development, implementation, maintenance and auditing of business management systems. She served as a Quality Management Systems professional for commercial and government contractors supporting military entities throughout the United States. Sue has a demonstrated ability to streamline operations, develop cross functional teams, define and develop value added processes, and train all levels of personnel on ISO Management Systems. She has served as ISO/Management System Representative for AS9100C and ISO 9001 management systems. Sue's experience includes business ownership, environmental systems management, operations management, systems integration, strategic planning, systems design and installation, training, internal and second party auditing, and FAA Part 145 Repair Station manual development and implementation . Sue is a RABQSA Certified QMS Auditor.

Background Experience

Sue has managed compliance to regulatory, statutory, customer and organizational requirements utilizing Business Management Systems. She has successfully developed systems pertaining to ISO 9001, AS9100C, Environmental Health and Safety, and FAA Part 145 Repair Stations for organizations supporting the United States Military. Her focus is providing the tools for organizations to have effective and efficient business systems to ensure success in their respective arenas.

Education

Sue holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Radford University and a Masters Degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Organizational Development from Thomas Edison State College.

Course Qualifications and Trade Memberships

Sue has performed numerous ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 internal and 2nd partyaudits. She has provided on-site ISO and AS9100 Introductory, Root CauseAnalysis, Management Representative, and Preventive/Corrective Actiontraining for numerous organizations in the Aerospace and Defense industries. She is a member of ASQ and an RABQSA Certified QMS Auditor.

Recognitions and Affiliations

Sue is a member of ASQ, and has recently been inducted into Cambridge Who's Who among Executive and Professional Women.
